Rotoplastyc takes part in Expointer 2023 with new product launches
Rotoplastyc is participating in another edition of Expointer, and in 2023, it presents major new releases: the Kombo Mix 20.0 and the Roto Tank Interlinked line. Visitors to the event in Esteio/RS, from August 26 to September 3, will also have the opportunity to explore Rotoplastyc’s full range of solutions for spray mix preparation and the storage of liquids and fuels.
The Kombo Mix is a complete solution for preparing and transporting spray mix, ensuring efficiency and autonomy for spraying operations in the field. It offers excellent cost-effectiveness by combining the functions of spray mix preparation, transport of spray mix and/or clean water, and initial fire suppression. The Kombo Mix 20.0 has a capacity of 5,000 liters of spray mix and 15,000 liters of clean water, and the producer can choose between two other tank models: 4,000 liters or 3,000-liter Thermo, a tank with a thermal insulation layer, ideal for mixes with biological inputs.
The Kombo Mix 20.0 comes standard with a 250-liter mixer that ensures high- quality blending of liquid or powdered products, delivering a homogeneous spray mix. In addition, it increases the performance of the self-propelled sprayer by up to 30%, as it can refill a 4,000-liter sprayer, for example, in less than 7 minutes. There is no need to fold the spray booms for refilling, and the consistent mix prevents nozzle clogging, reducing the need for frequent maintenance.
The chassis is reinforced and robust, supporting up to 25 tons. The tires are high- flotation, and the axles have a 7° angle, ensuring ground contour following during maneuvering. The drawbar has a turning radius of 35°, and the wheels turn 25°, allowing for easier maneuvering. It has a large working area and storage space for up to 60 20-liter bottles.
It also includes a fire suppression kit with a 360° rotating cannon and a range of up to 20 meters, with a flow rate of 1,000 l/min, assisting in containing and fighting early-stage fires. It can also be used for cleaning equipment and facilities, as well as for irrigation and dust control.
The Roto Tank Interlinked line offers autonomy and safety for diesel or biodiesel storage on the property. Available in capacities from 21,000 to 51,000 liters, the tanks are made of high- density polyethylene and include a metal containment basin, fully compliant with fuel storage and production regulations. A unique feature of the line is the ability to store different fuel types—for example, S10 diesel in one tank and S500 in another—and choose which one to use for refueling simply by opening a valve, with no risk of contamination.
In addition to these launches, Rotoplastyc offers an extensive range of horizontal and vertical polyethylene tanks, spray mix preparation systems, from foot-operated mixers to the Speed line, including the Speed Mix Turbo Thermo, specially designed for use with biological inputs.
