Rotoplastyc holds a general meeting with its team

On February 2, Rotoplastyc gathered its employees for the first general meeting of the year, with the goal ofsharing with everyone the outlook and key actions planned for 2024.
“These are important moments when we can communicate the company’s guidelines for the year to everyone, as well as share updates, such as the expansion of our manufacturing park, the launch of the corporate university, and the distribution of school kits for employees’ children”, says Huliana Formentini, the company’s Project Manager.
Huliana also presented the main points of the Strategic Plan and the projects that will be developed throughout the year. Meanwhile, Director Nelson Formentini spoke to the team about the company’s market outlook and the challenges ahead to ensure continued growth and maintain its position as a benchmark for its clients.
Another highlight of the meeting was the launch of the corporate university, reinforcing Rotoplastyc’s commitment to team development. Employees now have access to an online platform with courses across various fields of knowledge, free of charge and with unlimited individual access. Extending this commitment, employees with school-age children received a school supply kit.
General meetings are held periodically to share relevant information with the entire team of employees.
