On the afternoon of August 11, Rotoplastyc gathered its employees to celebrate 24 years of operations. The company began its activities in 1999 in Carazinho, RS, manufacturing rotomolded parts to serve the agricultural machinery industry.

The celebrations began with a special lunch served in the company cafeteria. Next, the company’s founder and director, Nelson Formentini, shared the company’s history, highlighting the key milestones that fueled its growth and opened new markets. “We started the company based on a need in the market for parts that could be adapted to specific designs and were also durable. Along the way, we found partner companies that truly believed in our work. Today, we take pride in serving the main agricultural machinery companies in Brazil and multinational corporations, in having expanded our operations, and now also delivering solutions directly to rural producers through our own product line launched in 2008”, said the director.

Following that, Huliana Formentini, the project and strategic planning manager, presented the company’s purpose and future vision to employees. Managers fromHR, Quality, Commercial, and Industrial departments also shared this year’s major accomplishments and ongoing initiatives while reinforcing one of the company’s core values: customer focus.

As a token of appreciation for its nearly 270 employees, the company advanced the first installment of the 13th salary to August 11 and gifted everyone with a food basket. Additionally, during the celebrations, the company paid tribute to the fathers who work at the company, in advance of the Father’s Day celebrations held on the 13th.

Rotoplastyc is currently located in Carazinho, on the margins of BR 386, in a 41,000 m² area, with 13,700 m² of built area, offering complete solutions for the development of technical parts.
